Meets

Flames host 2 major meets every year. One of which is our Stars & Stripes Meet, held in November the 8^th - 9^th and our other meet, The Shamrock Meet, which is held the 2nd or 3rd weekend of March. Both meets have been a favorite for many competitive gyms. Spectators are always welcomed to attend and encourage their favorite gym or gymnast.
