Tots & Kids

We offer tiny tot fitness classes beginning with parent and toddler, designed to stimulate both physical and mental growth through a variety of activities focusing on gross motor skills which will encourage the child to explore their surroundings and teach basic instructional guidelines.  The parent will participate with their child and with the guidance of the instructor they will enjoy both group activities as well as semi free time on continually changing stations following a specially designed curriculum which will prepare the child for more advanced classes where they will be able to continue to grow without the need for direct parent involvement.

Preschool age children will be in classes with no more than 5 participants per instructor and will learn to follow an even more structured curriculum which will challenge them even further.  Activities will continue to focus on gross motor skill development but will also begin to incorporate some fine motor skill as well as mentally stimulating progressions.

School age children will enjoy activities designed specifically to develop kinesthetic, spatial and visual awareness.  Through a wide variety of tasks utilizing all of the event equipment, they will build muscle strength and flexibility and gain the control over their minds and bodies which is crucial in any sport or physical activity they are currently or may become involved as they grow up.  We are committed to stimulating our participants in a way that will build a whole, well rounded person with healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
